We love renting our pieces and we want to offer you the best and most pleasant experience from the moment you contact us to the day we pick up our rentals from your event. We invite you to read this section to learn more about our process!

 

 

-WHERE IS YOUR INVENTORY LOCATED?

Most of our inventory is in Victoria, BC.  

 

-DO YOU SHIP TO VANCOUVER AND THE OKANAGAN? 

In order to protect our collection, we do not ship our pieces but instead, we personally deliver directly to your event wether it is in the Okanagan, Vancouver, Victoria or up Island. 

 

-DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM RENTAL ORDER? 

Yes, and it goes as follows: 

Victoria and up island: $500 before taxes and delivery

Vancouver: $1,000 minimum before taxes and delivery for only table top decor   //   $2000 minimum before taxes and delivery with chairs and furniture

Okanagan: $3,500 minimum before taxes and delivery

 

-WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS:

It really depends on the job, location and quantities but here is a general idea: (to obtain an accurate quote, please contact us!) 

Victoria and greater Victoria: (without chairs and furniture) $50 - $100

Victoria and greater Victoria: (with chairs and furniture) $200 - $400

Up Island: (without chairs and furniture) $200 - $400

Up Island: (with chairs and furniture) $400 - $1,000 - Includes a one night accommodation for up to 2 people + a 32ft truck

Vancouver and greater Vancouver: (without chairs and/or furniture) $400 - Includes one night accommodation for up to 2 people 

Vancouver and greater Vancouver: (with chairs and/or furniture) $850 - Includes one night accommodation for up to 2 people + a 32ft truck  

Okanagan: $2,500 - Includes 2 night accommodations for up to 2 people + a 32 ft truck  

 

-CAN I PICK UP AND DROP OFF YOUR PIECES IN MY OWN VEHICLE/VAN/TRUCK/SUV/TRAILER? 

The short answer would be no. However, depending on the items and quantities you are renting we might be able to make an exception - please contact us to hear about your event! 

 

-WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE ANY OF YOUR PIECES? 

Depending on the rental contract you signed with White Events you will be expected to pay full replacement cost - please refer to your contract. 

 

-IF I RENTED YOUR PIECES FOR MY EVENT, CAN YOU DO TAKE DOWN
